采用水热法制备了TiO2、BiOBr、BiOBr/TiO2复合光催化剂材料,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis)、红外吸收光谱(FTIR)对其进行表征,并以甲基橙为降解物,进行了光催化性能的研究。结果表明:复合材料BiOBr/TiO2中BiOBr和TiO2不同的质量比、水热反应温度、水热反应时间、对BiOBr/TiO2复合光催化剂的光催化性能都有影响,当BiOBr/TiO2的质量比为1:1、水热反应温度为160℃、水热反应时间12 h,BiOBr/TiO2复合光催化剂的光催化活性最佳,甲基橙降解率可达97.19%。 |

TiO2, BiOBr and BiOBr/TiO2 composite photocatalyst crystals were prepared by hydrothermal method. They were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and infrared absorption spectroscopy. The methyl orange was used as the degradation product. The photocatalytic performance of BiOBr/TiO2 composite was determined. The results showed that TiO2 and BiOBr with different mass ratio, hydrothermal temperature, hydrothermal reaction time, affect the photocatalytic activity of BiOBr/TiO2. When the hydrothermal reaction was carried out at 160℃ for 12 h with mass ratio (BiOBr/TiO2)of 1:1, the photocatalyst showed best catalytic activity, and the degradation rate of methyl orange reached to 97.19%. |
