| 井冈山革命根据地时期，中国共产党对思想建党和制度治党的同向发力进行了重要的历史性探索，取得了重要的历史经验。党在井冈山革命根据地时期的这一探索表明，同向发力要立足于思想建党，以坚定理想信念为根基，使思想建党的过程成为制度治党的过程；制度治党要紧紧围绕党的建设实践中的突出问题，坚持在"治"上下功夫，使制度治党的过程成为思想建党的过程；井冈山革命根据地思想建党和制度治党同向发力，取决于党将中国特色革命道路的开辟与党的建设战略任务的科学统一。 |

| During Jinggangshan revolutionary period, CPC has made historic exploration and gain important experience for Party construction in thought and Party supervision with rules. The historic exploration shows that combination efforts of Party construction in thought and Party supervision with rules should take the former as the basis, cultivating firm ideological belief and making the process of Party construction in thought as the process of Party supervision with rules. Party supervision with rules should focus on the predominant problems in Party construction practices, making the process of Party supervision with rules as the process of Party construction in thought. The combination efforts of Party construction in thought and Party supervision in Jinggangshan revolutionary era embodies the scientific unity of trail-blazing of revolution with Chinese characteristic and strategic task of Party construction. |
