| 农村留守老人问题已成为全社会普遍关注的问题，小组社会工作服务农村留守老人精神关爱具有解决问题具有目标性、有利于老人建立互助合作关系以增强自我解决问题能力等优势。小组社会工作服务农村留守老人精神关爱必须坚持尊重相信老人、耐心主动服务老人、设身处地体会老人处境、敏锐察觉老人需求等基本原则。服务过程中，可以根据老人的精神需求特点，组织老人开展多样化的活动，运用恰当的工作方法和技巧以服务农村留守老人，使他们得到精神上的关爱，提高晚年生活质量，增进社会和谐。 |

| The question of rural left-behind elders has been a widely concerned problem in China. Offering spiritual cares for the elders via group social works is advantageous in problem-solving-orientation, mutual help between the elders and enhancement of their problem-solving capabilities. The spiritual care endeavors should be carried out in principles of respects, trust, patience, consideration and meticulation. In offering spiritual cares, the social workers may organize diverse activities and take use of appropriate working methods and skills according to the elders' spiritual needs, so that they have spiritually comfort,pleasant and harmonious life in old years. |
