      为了筛选优质灵芝种质资源,比较研究了5个不同灵芝子实体活性成分含量的差异。实验对灵芝子实体含水率、总糖、多糖、三萜等指标进行分析。结果表明:井冈山灵芝在多项指标上呈现显著优势。总糖与多糖含量表现为:井冈山灵芝A >井冈山灵芝C >鄱阳灵芝B >井冈山灵芝B >鄱阳灵芝A;三萜含量:井冈山灵芝C >井冈山灵芝B >鄱阳灵芝A >井冈山灵芝A >鄱阳灵芝B;水分含量:井冈山灵芝A >鄱阳灵芝A>井冈山灵芝C>井冈山灵芝B >鄱阳灵芝B;多酚含量:井冈山灵芝A >井冈山灵芝C >井冈山灵芝B >鄱阳灵芝B >鄱阳灵芝A;黄酮含量:井冈山灵芝A >井冈山灵芝B >井冈山灵芝C >鄱阳灵芝A >鄱阳灵芝B。而且井冈山灵芝A在总糖(~1.42%)、多糖(~1.22%)、含水率(~0.73%)、多酚(~3.73 mg/g)、黄酮(~3.39 mg/g)的含量均优于其他品种,井冈山灵芝C的三萜含量最高,而鄱阳灵芝A总糖(~0.44%)、多糖(~0.44%)以及多酚(~2.82%)的含量都比较低,井冈山灵芝活性成分的含量总体较高,在次生代谢产物合成方面表现出明显的地域优势。研究结果可为选择适宜的灵芝栽培品种提供有价值的参考。

      A systematic analysis of bioactive component differences in the sporophores from five Ganoderma strains was conducted to identify high-quality germplasm resources. The indicators such as moisture content, total sugar, polysaccharides, and triterpenoids in the sporophores of the medicinal Ganoderma were analyzed. Results demonstrated that Jinggangshan-derived strains exhibited significant advantages in multiple indicators. Total sugar and polysaccharide levels ranked as Jinggangshan A > Jinggangshan C > Poyang B > Jinggangshan B >Poyang A, while triterpene contents followed Jinggangshan C > Jinggangshan B > Poyang A > Jinggangshan A >Poyang B. Water contents: Jinggangshan Ganoderma A > Poyang Ganoderma A > Jinggangshan Ganoderma C >Jinggangshan Ganoderma B > Poyang Ganoderma B; Polyphenol contents: Jinggangshan Ganoderma A >Jinggangshan Ganoderma C > Jinggangshan Ganoderma B > Poyang Ganoderma B > Poyang Ganoderma A;Flavonoid contents: Jinggangshan Ganoderma A > Jinggangshan Ganoderma B > Jinggangshan Ganoderma C >Poyang Ganoderma A > Poyang Ganoderma B. Notably, Jinggangshan A surpassed other strains in total sugar(~1.42%), polysaccharides(~1.22%), water content(~0.73%), polyphenols(~3.73 mg/g), and flavonoids(~3.39 mg/g), while Jinggangshan Ganoderma C exhibited the highest triterpene content. In contrast, Poyang Ganoderma A displayed significantly lower levels of total sugar(~0.44%), polysaccharides(~0.44%), and polyphenols(~2.82%) compared to other strains. Overall, Jinggangshan Ganoderma demonstrated superior bioactive compound accumulation and a distinct regional advantage in secondary metabolite synthesis. These findings provide valuable insights for selecting optimal Ganoderma cultivars for cultivation.
