| 实验采用超声波辅助提取法获得12个不同品种猕猴桃籽油,结合GC-MS联用技术研究其化学成分,并通过体外抗氧化试验评价各品种猕猴桃籽油的DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基清除能力。研究结果表明,超声辅助提取猕猴桃籽油得率在20.4%~32.2%范围之间,存在品种差异,海沃德和贵长猕猴桃籽油得率分别高达32.2%和29.8%,均显著高于其他品种(P < 0.05)。GC-MS分析结果表明不同品种猕猴桃籽油脂肪酸组成差异不大,均主要含亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、角鲨烯等,从品种来分析,秦美猕猴桃籽油中亚麻酸含量较高(51.33%),华优猕猴桃籽油中亚油酸、油酸、硬脂酸含量较高(18.21%、17.43%和3.98%),米良猕猴桃籽油中棕榈酸含量较高(8.25%),角鲨烯在贵长猕猴桃籽油中含量较高(2.88%)。不同品种猕猴桃籽油均体现出较强清除DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的能力,清除率与试样浓度呈现量效关系。 |

| Twelve kiwifruit seed oil of different varieties were obtained by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method. GC-MS analysis was carried out for identifying their components, and the scavenging rates of DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals were evaluated by in vitro antioxidant test. The results showed the yields of kiwifruit seed oil of 12 different varieties ranged from 20.4% to 32.2%. Among them, the yields of Hayward and Guichang reached 32.2% and 29.8% respectively, both of which were significantly higher than the other varieties (P < 0.05). The main aromatic ingredients of kiwifruit seed oil were linolenic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and squalene. The content of linolenic acid was higher (51.33%) than the other varieties in Qinmei kiwifruit seed oil. The contents of linoleic acid, oleic acid and stearic acid were higher than the others in Huayou kiwifruit seed oil (18.21% , 17.43% and 3.98%). The highest contents of palmitic acid and squalene were in Miliang and Guichang kiwifruit seed oil (8.25% and 2.88%), respectively. The kiwifruit seed oil of different varieties all show a certain ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals. |
