| 本研究从某市41个公园绿地的游客游憩使用出发，探讨公园绿地年度、季节性游憩使用特征和内在影响因素，并基于居民在园内的LBS访问行为轨迹总结出游憩使用行为偏好。经过分析可知：地区公园的年度到访量高于社区公园，有特色景观、文化底蕴的公园绿地到访量相对更多，社区公园春季到访量略高于其他季节。公园绿地游憩到访量与公园绿地建设历史负相关，与公园绿地开放程度正相关，与公园绿地的规模面积、类型不相关。在使用行为偏好上，居民在公园绿地中易形成特定主题行为、运动休闲行为、设施引导休闲行为三种使用行为模式。最后，结合评价结果，提出如何建设高品质、有特色的公园，应该从绿地景观营造、服务功能设施完善、复合功能有活力三方面进行优化策略。 |

| This study investigates the annual and seasonal recreational use patterns of 41 public parks in a city, and explores their inherent influencing factors. Based on residents’ Location-Based Service (LBS) data and behavioral trajectories within parks, recreational behavior preferences are summarized. The analysis suggests that the regional parks receive significantly higher annual visitation than the community parks, the parks with featuring distinctive landscapes and cultural heritage attract relatively more visitors. Community parks experience slightly higher visitation in spring compared with other seasons. Recreational visitation shows a negative correlation with the history of park green space construction, a positive correlation with accessibility, and no significant correlation with park size or type. Regarding behavioral preferences, residents tend to develop three distinct usage patterns as theme-specific activities, sports and leisure pursuits, and facility-oriented recreation. Finally, based on the evaluation results, optimized strategies are proposed focusing on three aspects such as creating high-quality distinctive landscapes, improving service facilities, and developing vibrant multifunctional spaces. |
