转盘是修井钻塞施工中用来驱动钻具转动,用于实现倒扣、套铣和磨铣等工作的设备,为了获得优质的转盘铸件,其铸造工艺设计就显得尤其重要。本研究以上转盘本体构件为例,基于Pro CAST软件对其凝固工艺进行优化设计。上转盘材料为HT300,净重502 kg,属于中型盘类铸件。结合铸件的结构特点及分型面选取,提出环绕平浇式和底注立浇式两种铸造工艺方案,并对金属液充型速度场、铸件缺陷等进行了模拟分析和优化。实验结果表明:底面立式浇注方案可以在40.39 s完成整个铸件的充型过程;未开设冒口时,在铸件孔周边存在较多的缩孔、缩松缺陷,通过开设冒口和增设冷铁可以明显改善这一现象;二次优化后,充型时间缩短至29.30 s,实现了由糊状凝固到顺序凝固的温度场转变,得到了最佳的铸造工艺。 |

The turntable is used to drive the drilling tool rotation in the workover and plug drilling, which is suitable for realizing reverse and casing milling. The foundry process design is more and more important in the casting quality for obtaining a quality turntable. This article takes an upper turntable body as an example, the optimization of solidification technology is analyzed based on Pro CAST. The upper turntable body made from HT300 has a net weight of around 502 kilograms, which belongs to medium diameter disc part. Given the structural characteristics and parting surface, a wraparound injection flat pouring and a bottom injection vertical pouring are proposed, and the filling velocity fields of molten metal and defects of the upper turntable body are analyzed and optimized. The results show that the bottom injection vertical pouring could complete the filling process within about 40.39 seconds. However, many defects such as shrinkage porosity were found around a series of holes, which could be improved by riser and cold iron. The filling time was reduced to 29.30 seconds by the quadratic optimization, realizing the transformation from mushy solidification to sequential solidification. The best casing process of the upper turntable body was obtained based on the quadratic optimization. |
