      本研究以某市地铁一号线三期工程盾构机掘进至火车站站前广场后为工程背景,为进行后续施工,需在既有无粘结预应力结构上方进行吊装出井,提出了两种对此类地下混凝土结构进行临时加固的方案。基于Midas FEA NX数值模拟软件,研究加固前与以及采用两种方式加固后结构吊装施工区域的竖向应变、应力以及裂缝宽度等,评估地下结构的安全性,分析其是否需要进行加固处理。综合对比两种加固方式在施工过程中的优缺点和加固效果,最后选用盘扣式支架进行加固,在保证加固效果的前提下,能提高临时加固结构施工的效率。本研究成果对盾构机在既有结构上方选用加固方法保证结构安全具有参考意义。

      Taking A certain city Metro Line 1 Phase 3 project shield tunneling machine digging to the station square as the background of the project, two kinds of temporary reinforcement programs for such an underground concrete structure were put forward for the subsequent construction, for which it is necessary to carry out the lifting out of the shaft above the existing unbonded prestressed structure. Based on Midas FEA NX numerical simulation software, the vertical strains, stresses, and crack widths in the lifting construction area of the structure before and after reinforcement were analyzed and studied, and the safety of the underground structure was evaluated to determine whether it needed to be reinforced or not. And the advantages and disadvantages of the two reinforcing methods in the construction process and the reinforcing effect were comprehensively compared, and finally the disk buckle-type bracket was chose for reinforcing, which could improve the efficiency of the temporary reinforced structure construction under the premise of guaranteeing the reinforcing effect. The results of this research have a reference significance for the shield machine to ensure structural safety by choosing the reinforcement method above the existing structure.
