      电纺丝膜因其高孔隙率和模拟细胞外基质而广泛应用于组织工程领域,然而,电纺丝膜中的孔径太小,不能引导细胞向内生长,这是一个亟待解决的问题。静电纺丝技术具有将细胞微整合到纳米纤维中的能力,可应用于制备高细胞密度的模拟弹性敷料膜的组织工程方法。本研究中,将细胞混合到聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液中,再采用静电纺丝技术制备一种内外层都含有细胞的纳米纤维膜。该膜具有良好的吸水性和生物相容性使细胞与膜之间能很好的相互作用,这有利于细胞附着、生长、维持表型、促使细胞分泌大量外基质。
英文摘要:
      Electrospun membranes are widely used in the field of tissue engineering due to its high porosity and simulating extracellular matrix(ECM). However, there is an urgent problem to be solved that the small pores in the electrospun membrane are too small to guide the cells grow inwardly. The ability of electrospinning to microintegrate cells into a fibrous matrix embodies a tissue engineering approach that could be applied to fabricate a high cell density elastic dressing mimetic. In this study, the cells are mixed into the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) solution and spun together to prepare a nanofiber membrane with cells inside and outside, which has good water absorption and favorable cell-membrane interaction that supports the active biocompatibility. Its properties are helpful for supporting cell attachment and growth, maintaining phenotypic shape, and secreting an ample amount of ECM.
