      根际微生物群落结构与植株的病害密切相关,炭疽病是龙牙百合栽培中常发生的重要病害,而目前对炭疽病百合的根际土壤微生物群落方面的研究较为缺乏。为进一步了解龙牙百合炭疽病发生与根际土壤微生物群落结构的关系,采取Illumina MiSeq高通量测序的方法,比较患病百合和健康百合的根际土壤微生物群落多样性和组成的差异。结果发现:患病百合根际土壤中的微生物群落丰富度显著降低而多样性升高,其中真菌群落中的子囊菌门Ascomycota和被孢霉门Mortierellomycota相对丰度上升,担子菌门Basidiomycota和罗兹菌门Rozellomycota相对丰度下降,Phlogicylindrium属、裂壳菌属Schizothecium等真菌是健康百合根际土的生物标志真菌,而镰刀菌属Fusarium、Saitozyma属等真菌是患病百合根际土的生物标志真菌;另外细菌群落中的酸杆菌门Acidobacteria相对丰度上升,变形菌门Proteobacteria相对丰度下降,芽单胞菌属Gemmatimonas比例显著增加,而根霉菌属Rhizomicrobium显著下降。可见,龙牙百合植株受炭疽病侵染后其根际土微生物群落结构发生了显著改变。本研究对从Phlogicylindrium属、裂壳菌属Schizothecium等微生物中发掘新的功能类群微生物以及对微生物协同机制的研究能起到积极作用,为百合炭疽病生物防治菌剂的研发提供了基础资料。

      The rhizosphere microbial community structure is closely related to plant diseases, anthrax is a common and important disease often occurring in the cultivation of longya lily, but there are very few researches on the rhizosphere soil microbial community of anthrax lily. To deeply understand the relationship between lily anthrax occurrence and soil microbial community structure in the rhizosphere, Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing was used to compare the differences in the diversity and composition of rhizosphere soil microbial communities between the diseased and healthy lily. The results show that the richness of microbial community in the rhizosphere soil of anthrax lily decreased and the diversity increased, among them, the relative abundance of Ascomycota and Mortierellomycota in the fungal community increased, the relative abundance of Basidiomycota and Rozellomycota decreased. Phlogicylindrium, Schizothecium and other genera were the biomarkers of healthy lily, while Fusarium, Saitozyma and others were the biomarker fungi in the rhizosphere soil of anthrax lily. In addition, the relative abundance of Acidobacteria increased, the relative abundance of Proteobacteria decreased,the proportion of Gemmatimonas increased and that of Rhizomicrobium decreased significantly. Therefore, the microbial community structure of rhizosphere soil of longya lily was changed after anthrax infection. This study can play a positive role in exploring new functional groups of microorganisms from Phlogicylindrium,Schizothecium and other microorganisms, as well as the research on the synergistic mechanism of microorganisms,and provide basic data for the research and development of biocontrol agent for lily anthracnose.
