      为了提高全铝车身整体轻量化水平,提高纯电汽车续航里程,在汽车概念设计阶段引入轻量化开发理念。首先利用SFE参数化建模软件,建立全铝车身的参数化模型;进一步结合车身灵敏度分析及Isight集成优化技术找出对刚度、模态、安全等性能目标参数影响明显的零部件,确定各零部件对性能的敏感程度,再进行多学科优化分析。结果表明:通过优化分析,白车身质量减轻5.3 kg,整体性能水平满足设计要求,达到轻量化目标。
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the overall lightweight level of all-aluminum body and improve the range of pure electric vehicle, the concept of lightweight development was introduced in the concept design stage of the vehicle. Firstly, the parametric model of aluminum body is established by SFE parametric modeling software. Furthermore, the body sensitivity analysis and Isight integrated optimization technology were combined to find out the parts which had obvious influence on the performance target parameters such as stiffness, modal and safety, and determine the sensitivity of each part to performance, and then the multidisciplinary optimization analysis was carried out. The results showed that after optimization analysis, the mass of body-in-white is reduced by 5.3kg, the overall performance level meets the design requirements, and the lightweight target is achieved
