      身体自尊水平会直接影响到个体对自己的评价,通过健美操教学可以提高身体自尊的水平,从而保障个体自身的心理健康,促进其全面发展。本研究采用问卷调查法、实验法对被试者身体自尊水平进行测试,运用数理统计卷调查结果进行分析。结果显示:不同体型、性别在身体自尊总分、身体自我价值感、运动能力、身体状况、身体吸引力和身体素质等分维度的后测时没有显著差异;进一步交互作用分析发现,组别和性别在运动能力子维度上有显著差异,性别和体型在身体状况上有显著差异;组别和体型在健美操对学生自尊的影响上交互作用没有达到显著性。
英文摘要:
      The level of body self-esteem will directly affect the individual's evaluation of their own, the aerobics teaching can improve the level of body self-esteem, so as to ensure the individual's mental health, promote their overall development.In this study, questionnaires and experiments were used to test the level of physical self-esteem of the subjects, and the results were analyzed by the mathematical statistics.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the posttest of total body self-esteem, physical self-worth, athletic ability, physical condition, physical attractiveness and physical quality under different body types, different genders. Further interaction analysis showed that there were significant differences between group and gender in the sub-dimension of motor ability, and significant differences in the physical condition under different gender and body shape;There was no significant interaction between group and body type in the effect of aerobics on students' self-esteem.
