      一锅法合成了一种磷杂菲类阻燃剂2-((9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-基)(苯基)甲基)氨基-9’,10’-蒽醌(DDPA),采用红外光谱和核磁共振确定了阻燃剂DDPA的分子结构,并将其用于阻燃改性环氧树脂。通过悬臂梁冲击试验机、电子万能力学试验机、热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、氧指数仪(LOI)等探究了阻燃剂对改性后环氧树脂力学性能、热性能以及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:改性后的环氧树脂抗冲击性能有所下降,但是抗张强度由817 MPa增加到976 MPa。DSC实验表明改性后环氧树脂的玻璃化转变温度稍微有所下降,但是TGA结果表明DDPA能够有效增加环氧树脂的热稳定性,800℃下残炭量由0.5%增加到7%。最重要的是阻燃性能结果表明DDPA可有效提高环氧树脂的阻燃性,其中氧指数随着阻燃剂含量的增加由25.3%逐渐增加到29.1%,当磷含量仅为0.4%时UL-94等级可达V-1级。

      A new flame retardant based on phosphaphenanthrene, 2-(9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-yl) (phenyl) methyl) amino -9',10'-anthraquinone (DDPA) was synthesized, and the chemical structure was confirmed by FTIR and NMR spectra, then it was used as the flame retardant to modify the epoxy resins. Thereafter, the effects of flame retardants on mechanical properties, thermal properties and flame retardancy of the modified epoxy resins were investigated by the electronic universal mechanical testing machine, cantilever impact testing machine, thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and oxygen index meter (LOI), respectively. The results indicated that with the increase of the adding content of DDPA, the impact strength as well as Tg vavle of the DDPA modified epoxy resins decreased slightly, whereas, its tensile strength increased from 817 to 976 MPa and carbon residue increased from 0.5% to 7% at 800 oC in comparison with those of pure epoxy. Notably, when DDPA content increased to 6%, the oxygen index of EP increased gradually from 25.3% to 29.1%. Moreover, the UL-94 test revealed that the EP composites reached V-1 rank when the phosphorus content was only 0.4%.
