      利用Oncomine数据库、cBioportal数据库、GEPIA数据库探索GABPA基因在肾上腺皮质癌(Adrenocortical carcinoma,ACC)及正常肾组织中的表达情况、GABPA基因突变情况及其对肾上腺皮质癌患者预后的影响。结果显示,与正常肾组织相比,GABPA mRNA在ACC组织中呈高表达。该基因编码的蛋白质在ACC组织中没有发生突变。预后分析表明,GABPA mRNA高表达组患者的无疾病进展生存时间显著低于GABPA mRNA低表达组。利用String-DB数据库分析与GABPA基因相互作用的蛋白质,包括NRF1、TFAM、TFB1M、TFB2M、GABPB1、GABPB2、PPRC1、PPARGC1A、HCFC1、SSBP1。本研究通过数据挖掘迅速获取分析肾上腺皮质癌组织GABPA基因表达的相关信息,为深入研究GABPA基因在肾上腺皮质癌发生发展中的作用机制奠定基础。

      Oncomine database, cBioportal database, and dynamic analysis of gene expression profiles (GEPIA) were used to explore the expression of GABPA gene in adrenocortical carcinoma and normal kidney tissues, the mutation of GABPA gene and its effect on the prognosis of patients with adrenocortical carcinoma. Compared with normal kidney tissue, GAPIA mRNA was highly expressed in ACC tissues, and its encoded protein was not mutated. The survival time of the patients with high GABPA mRNA expression was significantly lower than that of the patients with low GABPA mRNA expression. The proteins that interact with the GABPA gene were NRF1, TFAM, TFB1M, TFB2M, GABPB1, GABPB2, PPRC1, PPARGC1A, HCFC1, SSBP1, which was analyzed by using the String-DB database. Data mining can quickly obtain and analyze the relevant information of GABPA gene expression in adrenal cortical cancer tissues, which will lay the foundation for further studying the action mechanism of GABPA gene in the development of adrenal cortical cancer.
