      为保护格氏栲这一珍稀濒危植物,本研究在2×2列联表基础上,采用方差比率法(VR)、x2检验、联结系数AC值、Jaccard指数及点相关系数对格氏栲自然保护区常绿阔叶林群落中出现频度较高的25个乔木层优势种群的种间联结性进行了分析。结果表明:该保护区常绿阔叶林群落25个优势种群的总体关联性方差比率值为1.541>1,表现为显著正关联,反映该群落处于稳定的顶极阶段。25个优势种群间的300个种对中x2检验有13个种对为极显著正联结,10个种对显著正联结;2个种对极显著负联结,11个种对显著负联结;88%的种对联结关系未达到显著水平。大部分种对的AC值、Jaccard指数(JI值)、点相关系数Φ值都不高,表明大多数种对间联结性较弱,独立性相对较强。占绝对统治地位的优势树种格氏栲仅与多毛茜草树呈极显著正联结,与观光木呈显著负联结,而与其它树种的种间联结关系均为不显著联结。这种种间联结的松散性及总体关联性呈显著正关联,显示群落目前处于比较稳定的顶极阶段。

      In order to protect the rare and endangered species of Castanopsis kawakamii, in this paper based upon the 2×2 contingency table, a series of techniques including the analysis of variance ration (VR), x2-test, association coefficient (AC), Jaccard index (JI) and point correlation index (Φ) were used to examine the species association between 25 dominant populations in the evergreen broad-leaved forest in Castanopsis kawakamii Nature Reserve. The results showed that variance of the 25 dominant populations was 1.541>1, it meaned that the overall association between 25 dominant populations was significantly positive, which suggested that the community was in stable climax stage. The x2-test showed that among total 300 pairs, 13 species pairs exhibited extremely significant positive association, 10 species pairs showed significant positive association, 2 species pairs showed extremely significant negative association and 11 species pairs exhibited significant negative association, association of 88% species pairs were in low degree. In addition, the index of AC, JI and Φ were also in low degree for most species pairs. It meaned most species pairs in the Castanopsis kawakamii Nature Reserve Forest were relatively independent each other. C. kawakamii was the first dominant species in the community, it was onlyextremely significant positively associated with Aidia pycnantha, and extremely negatively associated with Michelia odora. Interspecific association of C. kawakamii with other species was in low degree. Interspecific association of most species pairs were loose, and overall association was significantly positive. Based on the results, it might be inferred that the community was at stable climax stage.
