      为了比较红色、白色樱花中黄酮、多糖和色素成分的差异及黄酮、多糖抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性。采用紫外分光光度法测定黄酮、多糖成分的含量,利用显色反应、高效液相色谱法、红外光谱法比较了两种樱花中色素成分的差异。结果表明:红色樱花中总黄酮和多糖含量比白色樱花中高,分别达到12 mg/g和20 mg/g,且其中黄酮和多糖具有较强的抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,分别达到80.76%和70.16%。显色反应、紫外光谱分析、红外光谱分析结果初步推断红色、白色樱花中色素的主要成分分别为黄酮、酚类;高效液相色谱分析说明两种花可能有相同或相似成分,但有一定差异。红色樱花有效成分含量高,抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性强,具有明显的资源开发优势。
英文摘要:
      The difference of flavonoid, polysaccharide and pigment between red and white flowers in Cerasua serrulata was investigated, and α-glycosidase inhibition activities of the flavonoid and polysaccharide were determined in the meantime. The contents of flavonoid and polysaccharide in both flowers were determined by the UV method, and the difference of pigment compositions between two flowers were compared by color reaction, HPLC and IR methods. The results indicated that red flowers showed higher content of flavonoid (12 mg/g) and polysaccharide (20 mg/g) with stronger α-glycosidase inhibition rate of 80.76% and 70.16% respectively than those of white flowers. According to the analytical results of color reaction, UV and IR, the main components were preliminarily concluded as flavonoid and total phenol respectively for red and white flowers; HPLC analysis suggested the both flowers had same or similar components, but with some difference. The results indicated red flowers had natural advantages for further study and application with high content of chemical components and strong inhibitory effects against α-glycosidase.
