      2018年5月~9月,通过采用巴氏罐诱法对茂兰自然保护区6种林型地表甲虫组成进行调查。结果为:(1)共采集标本3858号,隶属33科,优势类群为隐翅虫科和步甲科地表甲虫,分别占个体总数的25.52%和16.41%;常见类群有金龟甲科、叩甲科、粪金龟科、天牛科、象甲科、鳃金龟科、丽金龟科、拟步甲科、拟叩甲科、锹甲科、扁甲科、叶甲科,其个体数总和占总个体数的47.75%;其余19科地表甲虫为稀有类群,个体数占总个体数的10.32%;(2)地表甲虫物种多样性分析,常绿落叶阔叶混交林最高,藤刺灌丛最低,针阔叶混交林、竹林、灌木林、灌草丛相差不大;(3)地表甲虫群落Jaccard相似性比较,灌木林与灌草丛、灌草丛与藤刺灌丛之间为中等相似,常绿落叶阔叶混交林与竹林极不相似,其余林型之间为中等不相似;(4)方差分析表明,常绿落叶阔叶混交林中甲虫个体数量分布无差异,其他5个林型间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。
英文摘要:
      From May to September in 2018,the diversity of ground-dwelling beetles was surveyed and analyzed from six difference forest types by the method of pitfall trapping at the Maolan National Nature Reserve.The results showed that (1) Totally 3858 specimens were collected, which belong to 33 families. Among of them, the family Staphylinidae and Carabidae were dominant groups accounting for 25.52% and 16.41% respectively; The common groups are Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, Geotrupidae, Cerambycidae, Curculionidae, Melolonthidae, Rutelidae, Tenebrionidae, Languriidae, Lucanidae, Cucujidae and Chrysomelinae, their total number of individuals accounted for 47.75%;The other groups including 19 families were rare species accounting for 10.32%. (2) According to the analysis of species diversity of beetles on the surface, it its the highest for evergreen deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest, the lowest for rattan thorn shrub, and similar among coniferous broad-leaved mixed forest, bamboo forest, shrub forest and shrub grass. (3) Comparing Jaccard similarity of surface beetle community, the similarity between shrub and shrubby, shrubby and vine-thorn is medium, the evergreen defoliation temperate broadleaf and mixed forest is not similar to the bamboo forest, and it is moderate dissimilarity among the other forest types. (4) The analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference in the number distribution of individual beetles in evergreen deciduous temperate broadleaf and mixed forest, but there was significant difference among the other 5 forest types (P < 0.05).
