| 对紫地榆药材中没食子酸、没食子酸甲酯、鞣料云实素、老鹳草素、鞣花酸、五没食子酰葡萄糖进行含量测定，采用高效液相色谱法，Aglient ZORBAX SBAq-C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液，梯度洗脱，检测波长254 nm，流速1.0 mL/min，柱温30℃。研究结果表明六个化学成分均线性关系良好，平均回收率在98.44%~102.03%之间，RSD在0.96%~2.96%之间。该方法结果准确、重现性好，为紫地榆药材质量控制提供了依据。 |

| The content of gallic acid, methyl gallate, tannin, geranium, ellagic acid, and pentagalloyl glucose in the medicinal materials of Geranium strictipes R. Knuth were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column is Aglient ZORBAX SBAq-C18 chromatography Column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase is acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (gradient elution), detection wavelength is 254 nm, flow rate is 1.0 mL/min, column temperature is 30℃. The results show that six chemical components all have good linear relationship, their average recovery rates and RSD are from 98.44% to 102.03%, and from 0.96% to 2.96%, respectively. The results of this method are accurate and reproducible, which provides a basis for the quality control of G. strictipes. |
