      为探讨退化喀斯特森林中不同植物遭遇季节性干旱的光合能力变异特征,以中国科学院普定喀斯特生态系统观测研究站沙湾监测研究区内的退化喀斯特森林为例,在季节性连续干旱背景下,分别对其中8种常见植物的叶片净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2 浓度(Ci)等光合参数及空气温度、空气湿度、光照强度等环境因子进行了测定分析。结果表明:(1)研究区常见植物的叶片Pn日间主要在0.54~16.70 μmol·m-2·s-1之间变化。铁线莲(Clematis florida)、朴树(Celtis sinensis)、厚果崖豆藤(Millettia pachycarpa)、石岩枫(Mallotus repandus)的叶片光合能力日间变化均较显著。(2)研究区灌木的光合能力普遍高于藤本和乔木的光合能力。(3)下午1点、5点,植物叶片的光合能力在种间均存在极显著差异。(4)在季节性干旱频繁的喀斯特地区,马桑(Coriaria nepalensis)具有较强的生存和竞争能力。

      In order to explore the variability of photosynthetic capacity of different plants in degraded karst forest under seasonal drought, taking the degraded karst forest in the Shawan monitoring research area of Karst Ecosystem Observation Research Station in Puding Chinese Academy of Sciences as an example, under the background of seasonal continuous drought, the photosynthetic parameters such as net photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), and environmental factors such as air temperature, air humidity, and light intensity were measured and analyzed for 8 common plants. The results showed that: (1) The leaf Pn of common plants in the study area mainly changed from 0.54 μmol·m-2·s-1 to 16.70 μmol·m-2·s-1 during the daytime. The daily changes of leaf photosynthetic capacity of Clematis florida, Celtis sinensis, Millettia pachycarpa and Mallotus repandus were significant. (2) The photosynthetic capacity of shrubs was generally higher than that of vines and arbor in the study area. (3) At 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, the photosynthetic capacity of plant leaves showed highly significant difference among different species. (4) Coriaria nepalensis has strong survival and competitive ability in karst areas with frequent seasonal drought.
