      为探索环氧树脂的高效阻燃方法,本文采用单独添加和同时添加两类阻燃剂的方式,得到一系列阻燃环氧树脂。考察了阻燃剂的添加方式对环氧树脂力学性能、热性能以及阻燃性能等的影响。结果表明,阻燃剂能够较好地分散于环氧树脂中,阻燃改性后具有较高的透明性。冲击试验和DSC实验表明含硅阻燃剂可有效提高材料的抗冲强度和玻璃化转变温度,分别提高到39.5 KJ/m2和165℃。热重和极限氧指数结果表明,两种阻燃剂同时添加能够产生更多的残碳(残碳由1.3%增加到10.4%)和可达到最高的氧指数(29.5%),这是由于更多的残碳可有效阻隔热质传递从而提高阻燃性。上述实验结果表明,同时添加两种阻燃剂具有更好的阻燃效果,这为环氧树脂的高效阻燃提供了一种新的思路。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the efficient flame retardant of epoxy resin, a series of flame retardant epoxy resins were obtained by adding two kinds of flame retardants separately and simultaneously. The effects of flame retardants on mechanical properties, thermal properties and flame retardant were studied.The results showed that flame retardant can disperse well in epoxy resin and result in a flame retardant modified epoxy resin with good transparency. The impact test and DSC test showed that the silicon containing flame retardant can effectively improve the impact strength and glass transition temperature of the material, and with the increasing of the addition amount of PTEOS, the impact strength and Tgincrease, and can reach to 39.5 KJ/m2 and 165 ℃, respectively. The results of TGA and limiting oxygen index showed that more carbon residue can be produced (carbon residue increased from 1.3% to 10.4%) and higher LOI index can be reached (29.5%) by adding two flame retardants simultaneously. The blocking effect which can effectively prevent the heat and mass exchange was enhanced because more carbon residue were produced, that finally lead to the enhancement of flame retardant. The experimental results above showed that adding two flame retardants at the same time has a better flame retardant effect, which provides a new idea for producing epoxy resin with efficient flame retardant.
