      目的 探讨微创接骨板技术治疗肱骨多段粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法 采用肱骨全长微创接骨板技术治疗24例肱骨多段粉碎性骨折,记录患者手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间、骨折愈合时间、肩肘关节功能评分。结果 手术时间为120~160(146.5)min,术中出血量150~320(230.3)mL。住院时间12~24(18.7)d。所有患者均获得完整随访。骨折愈合时间为15~24(18.5)周。肩关节功能评分:优17例、良6例、可1例,差0例,优良率达95.8%;肘关节功能评分:优20例、良3例、可1例、差0例,优良率达95.8%。结论 微创接骨板技术是治疗肱骨多段粉碎性骨折的较好方法,组织剥离少、创伤小,手术时间短、术后肿痛轻、骨折愈合快,具有明显的临床效益及社会效益。

      Objective: To investigate the effect of minimally invasive bone plate technique in the treatment of multi-segment comminuted fracture of the humerus. Methods: Twenty-four patients with comminuted humeral fractures were treated with minimally invasive bone plate technique. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, average hospital stay, fracture healing time, and shoulder and elbow joint function scores were recorded. Results: The operation time was 120~160 (146.5) min, and the intraoperative blood loss was 150~320 (230.3) mL. The hospital stay was 12 to 24 (18.7) days. All patients had a complete follow-up. The fracture healing time was 15 to 24 (18.5) weeks. Shoulder joint function score:excellent in 17 cases, good in 6 cases, fair in 1 case, poor in 0 cases, with excellent rate of 95.8%; elbow joint function score:excellent in 20 cases, good in 3 cases, fair in 1 case, poor in 0 cases, with excellent and good rate up to 95.8%. Conclusion: Minimally invasive bone plate technique is a good method for the treatment of multi-segment comminuted fractures of the humerus. It has less tissue exfoliation, less trauma, short operation time, less postoperative swelling and pain, and faster fracture healing. And it has obvious clinical and social benefits.
