| 针对目前市面上传统的氨纶产品易出现卷边、脱散、保形性差的现象，以热熔氨纶为切入点，引入涤纶丝，生产涤纶/热熔氨纶包覆纱。通过测试热熔氨纶的性能，探究热熔氨纶最佳的热定形工艺，并对包覆纱的防脱散性能进行探索。结果表明：对比普通氨纶，热熔氨纶的线密度更小，力学性能更优异；在热定型温度为160℃，时间为45s时，热熔氨纶包覆纱具有良好的黏合性能，且经15次洗涤后，样品仍能保持其基本结构。热熔氨纶具有良好的服用性能，能够满足弹性面料的要求。 |

| At present, the traditional spandex products on the market are prone to curling, detaching with poor shape retention. In this paper, polyester/hot-melt spandex coated yarn is produced by introducing polyester yarn into hot melt spandex. The properties of hot-melt spandex are tested, the best thermal setting process of hot-melt spandex is explored, and the anti-dispersion performance of coated yarn is explored. The results show that the linear density of hot-melt spandex is smaller and the mechanical properties are better than that of ordinary spandex, and the hot-melt spandex coated yarn has good adhesion property when the temperature is 160℃ and time is 45s, and the sample still maintains its basic structure after 15 times washing. Hot-melt spandex has good wearability and can meet the requirements of elastic fabric. |
