      为提高养心菜多糖的提取率,利用响应面法对养心菜多糖的超声辅助提取条件进行优化。研究了液料比、超声时间、超声温度和超声功率对养心菜多糖提取率的影响,并用响应面法对工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明养心菜多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:液料比为34 mL/g,超声时间为24 min,超声温度为62 ℃和超声功率86 W。在该条件下,测得养心菜多糖提取率为75.48 mg/g,与预测值(76.25 mg/g)相比,其相对误差为1.05%,说明方程的预测值与实验值拟合性良好,可用于养心菜多糖提取工艺的优化,该研究为养心菜提取多糖类化合物提供理论依据和参考。
英文摘要:
      To improve the extraction yield of polysaccharides from Sedum aizoon, the ultrasonic assisted extraction technology was optimized using response surface methods. The factors such as liquid-to-material ratio, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on polysaccharides yield were investigated and the technological conditions were optimized using response surface methods. The results showed the optimal conditions were as follow: liquid-to-material ratio of 34 mL/g, ultrasonic time of 24 min, ultrasonic temperature of 62 ℃ and ultrasonic power of 86 W. The yield of polysaccharides could reach up to 75.48 mg/g and the relative error was 1.05% compared to the predictive value (76.25 mg/g), indicating the regression model fitted well with the experimental data and it could be used to optimize the extraction of polysaccharide from S. aizoon. Results provided theoretical basis and reference for extraction of polysaccharides from S. aizoon.
