      根据编辑整理的蚌类分布资料,分别采用Legendre和Baselga提出的两种β多样性分解方法,对长江中下游18个湖泊蚌类分布β多样性进行了分析。首先,利用Legendre方法分析了单个蚌类物种(SCBD)和单个湖泊(LCBD)在总β多样性中的贡献。结果表明SCBD最大值由湖球蚬(Sphaerium lacustre)贡献,分布湖泊数量居中的蚌类物种具有较大的SCBD值;LCBD最大值由南漪湖贡献,各湖泊中蚌类物种数多少与LCBD贡献大小趋势并不一致。因此,在制订蚌类保护措施时,β多样性研究结果可作为α多样性信息的必要的补充。其次,根据Baselga方法,总β多样性分解成周转和嵌套组分。利用多位点方法计算总β多样性(βJAC)为0.9238,周转成分(βJTU)和嵌套成分(βJNE)分别占总β多样性的81.06%和18.94%。配对的方法计算结果表明,不同湖泊对间的蚌类总β多样性(βjac)平均值为0.6829,周转组分(βjtu)平均值为0.3661,嵌套组分(βjne)平均值为0.3168,分别为βjac 的53.61%和46.39%。尽管β多样性主要是由物种在空间上周转形成,但不同湖泊对间二者比例不一样,且存在着完全的周转(βjne= 0)和完全的嵌套(βjtu= 0)格局。根据总β多样性中周转和嵌套组分的构成情况,在长江中下游湖泊蚌类保护中应该考虑保护重点湖泊和多个湖泊共同保护相结合的方法。

      In this paper, the patterns of β diversity for bivalves in 18 lakes at the mid-lower reaches of the Yangtze River were studied. The contribution of SCBD (the individual species contribution to total beta diversity) and LCBD (the single lake contribution to total beta diversity) to total β diversity was analyzed by Legendre method. The results showed that the SCBD value of the species Sphaerium lacustre was the highest, and the NYH Lake had the highest LCBD value. The mussel distributed in medium number of lakes had higher SCBD value. There was no significant correlation between the number of mussel species and LCBD value in the same lake. β diversity provided complementary information to α diversity for bivalves conservation. β diversity was divided into turnover and nestedness components based on Baselga method. The results showed that multiple-site total β diversity (βJAC) was 0.9238 including 81.06% of βJTU and 18.94% of βJNE. The average value of pairwise β diversity (βjac) was 0.6829 including 53.61% of βjtu and 46.39% of βjne. In spite of the average value of βjtu was dominated, the relative proportion of βjtu and βjne in βjac was different dependent on the pair of lakes. There were complete turnover (βjne=0) and complete nestedness (βjtu=0) patterns between two lakes. The conservation strategies of mussels in the mid-lower reaches of the Yangtze River lakes should be combined with the protection of all important lakes and several minor ones.
