针对目前自由/半自由枪机结构形式单一,质量转换效率低的问题,设计一种回转体半自由枪机式结构。建立了包含导轨参数的转换质量换算模型,应用多刚体动力学软件对机构进行了动力学仿真,验证了转换质量换算模型以及机构运动合理性。结果表明该设计具有一定可行性,可为半自由枪机结构设计提供参考。 |

In view of the single structure of the free/semi-free gun mechanism and the low efficiency of mass conversion, a semi-free gun type structure of the rotary body was designed. The transformation quality conversion model including the guide rail parameters was established. The multi-rigid dynamics software was used to simulate the dynamics of the mechanism, and the conversion quality conversion model and the rationality of the mechanism motion were verified. The results show that the design has certain feasibility and can provide reference for the structural design of semi-free gun. |
