      目的 探讨体重指数与男性性激素水平之间的关联性,为男性不育的治疗提供理论根据。方法 随机选取2018年1月~2018年12月济宁市第一人民医院生殖医学中心男科门诊就诊患者,测量患者身高与体重,计算体重指数,根据其体重指数(BMI),将患者分为四组:低体重组(BMI<18.5)、正常体重组(18.5 ≤ BMI<24)、超重组(24 ≤ BMI<28)和肥胖组(BMI ≥ 28);检测其性激素五项(睾酮、促卵泡生成素、泌乳素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇),并对结果进行统计处理。结果 共纳入研究对象387人,其中低体重组6人、正常体重组140人、超重组149人、肥胖组92人。四组间睾酮和雌二醇差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),睾酮与BMI指数负相关(r=-0.234,P<0.001);雌二醇与BMI指数正相关(r=0.130,P<0.001)。结论 肥胖可以影响男性性激素水平,也是造成男性不育的一个重要因素。

      Objective: To explore the correlation between body mass index and male sex hormone levels, and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of male infertility. Methods: Male patients from January 2018 to December 2018 in the Reproductive Medicine Center of the First People's Hospital of Jining City were randomly selected. The height and weight of the patient was measured to calculate the body mass index (BMI). The patients were divided into four groups:low body mass group (BMI<18.5), normal weight group (18.5 ≤ BMI<24), overweight group (24 ≤ BMI<28) and obese group (BMI ≥ 28) according to their BMI. Five sex hormones (testosterone, follicle stimulating hormone, prolactin, luteinizing hormone, estradiol) were detected and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: A total of 387 subjects were included in the study, including 6 cases of the low body mass group, 140 cases of normal weight group, 149 cases of overweight group, 92 cases of obese group. There were significant differences in testosterone and estradiol among the four groups (P<0.05), testosterone was negatively correlated with BMI index (r=-0.234, P<0.001); estradiol was positively correlated with BMI index (r=0.130, P<0.001). Conclusion: Obesity can affect male sex hormone levels and is an important factor in male infertility.
