| 目的 介绍加味胃关煎治疗脾虚寒湿型泄泻经验。方法 整理脾虚寒湿型泄泻的证候特点并分析其病机要点，阐释加味胃关煎的组方特点并用病案举例说明，概括加味胃关煎治疗脾虚寒湿型泄泻经验的认识。结果 加味胃关煎治疗脾虚寒湿型泄泻既有理论支持，也有临床验证。结论 加味胃关煎具有健脾渗湿、温肾涩肠兼散寒止痛之功，特别适用于治疗脾虚寒湿型泄泻。 |

| Objective: To introduce the experience of treating spleen insufficiency and cold-dampness diarrhea with supplemented Weiguan brew. Methods: The syndromes characteristics of the spleen insufficiency and cold-dampness diarrhea were collected and the main points of pathogenesis were analyzed, the characteristics of the combination of supplemented Weiguan brew were explained and illustrated with a case study, and the related experience was generalized. Results: Supplemented Weiguan brew has both theoretical support and clinical verification in the treatment of spleen insufficiency and cold-dampness diarrhea. Conclusion: Supplemented Weiguan brew which can strengthen spleen and resolve dampness, warm kidney and astringent intestines, disperse cold and relieve pain, is especially applicable to treat spleen deficiency and cold-dampness diarrhea. |
