目的 优化提取紫草油中的紫草素,确定最佳的提取方法。方法 采用振荡法提取紫草油中的紫草素,分别以提取溶剂、提取温度、提取转速为主要影响因素,采用L9(34)正交试验进行紫草素提取工艺优化。结果 紫草素的最佳提取工艺是提取溶剂为无水乙醇、提取温度40℃、提取转速200 r·min-1,提取时间10 min。结论 该方法简单、可靠,适用于提取紫草油中的紫草素。 |

Objective: To determine the optimum extraction method of shikonin in gromweel oil, this study was performed. Methods: The oscillating method was used to extract shikonin from gromweel oil. Three extraction parameters (extraction solvent, extraction temperature and extraction speed) were optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test. Results: The optimum extraction conditions of gromweel oil was followed as ethyl alcohol as extraction solvent, shocking speed of 200 r·min-1 and extraction temperature of 40℃ for 10 min. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate, and suitable for extraction of shikonin in gromweel oil. |
