      为了校核某轻型载货车传动轴的性能是否满足要求,基于有限元方法对其进行静强度分析,结果表明,低于其材料屈服强度,能满足强度要求。刚度分析结果表明,其刚度值高于试验要求值;对比分析结果表明随着轴管半径和厚度的增大,其扭转刚度也随之增大。扭转刚度实验表明,其仿真值与实验值基本一致。采用集成平台对轴管直径和厚度进行优化,优化之后其重量减轻5.8%。优化方案成功通过了整车道路耐久试验,因此分析与优化方法具有较高的可靠度和准确性。
英文摘要:
      To verifywhether the performance a light truck transmission shaftcan meet the requirements, the transmission shaft static strength was analyzed by finite elementmethod. Theanalysisresult showed that its maximum stress was lower than the yield strength of the material, so it meets the strength requirement. The results of the torsional stiffness analysis showed that the stiffness value was higher than the test required value. It was known that the torsional stiffness increased with the increased of the radius and thickness of the transmission shaft by the comparative analyzed. The torsional stiffness test showed that the simulation values were basically the same as the experimental values. The diameter and thickness of shaft tube were optimized by adopting integrated platform, the analysisresult showed its weight had been reduced by 5.8% after optimization.The transmission shaft optimization scheme had successfully passed the road durability test, so the analysis and optimization methods had high reliability and accuracy.
