| 针对中国历史文化名镇名村入选之后该如何继续监测保护和良性发展的问题，以吉安地区所传承的庐陵文化和地域特色作为地方性保护评价的导向，从认识评价对象、确定保护评价原则、选择评价主体、建立保护评价框架、选用评价方法和准备评价标准表，到最后统计数据和应用评价结果，尝试构建了一套完整的地方性保护评价体系。体系构建的过程遵守严谨性、科学性和可行性的原则，旨在将该体系适当运用于应对如今历史村镇入选之后保护与发展困难的现状，并为国内其他地区的监测保护提供参照。 |

| Aiming at the question of how to continue to monitor the protection and benign development of the selected Chinese historic cultural towns and villages, taking the culture and regional characteristics of Ji'an as a guidance of the local protection-aimed evaluation, this paperintends to construct a complete local protection-aimed evaluation system by recognizing evaluation objects, determining evaluation principles, selecting evaluation subjects, establishing the evaluation framework, choosing evaluation methods, making evaluation criteria and charts, working out the final statistical data and applying the evaluation results. This paper adheres to the principles of rigour, science and feasibility in the process of system construction.It aims to appropriately apply the system to deal with the difficulties in the protection and development of the selected historic villages and towns, and provide a reference for the monitoring and protection of other regions of the country. |
