| 目的 探讨临床药师在帕金森失眠患者治疗过程中的药学监护作用。方法 临床药师根据患者疾病史、用药史、个人具体情况、药物相互作用以及药物不良反应等，对患者进行药学监护提供更为合理的用药指导和相关治疗建议，为医师用药提供参考。结果 临床药师根据专业所长参与患者治疗方案的制定，并进行用药指导和出院教育，促进合理用药。结论 临床药师可协助医师优化用药方案，减少不良反应发生。 |

| Objective: To discuss the pharmaceutical care value of clinical pharmacists who participated in curing a patient of Parkinson disease with insomnia.Methods: Clinical pharmacists provided appropriate pharmaceutical care,medication guidance and related treatment recommendations for physicians based on patient's disease history,medication history,individual circumstances,drug interactions or adverse reactions.Results: The clinical pharmacists with their professional knowledge could promote rational drug using via participating in the decision of the patient's treatment program,developing medication guidance and discharge education.Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can help physicians to optimize the medication regimen and reduce adverse events. |
