| 目的 通过比较分析福建闽北地区十县市的钩藤资源中钩藤碱与异钩藤碱的含量情况，为筛选闽北地区良好的钩藤种质资源提供依据。方法 采用高效液相色谱方法测定不同种质资源钩藤中钩藤碱与异钩藤碱的含量。结果 不同种质资源的钩藤中钩藤碱与异钩藤碱的含量差异性较大，其中钩藤碱与异钩藤碱含量最高的是武夷山的钩藤，含量最低的是松溪县的钩藤。结论 不同种质来源的钩藤中钩藤碱与异钩藤碱的含量差异较大，提示引种闽北各县市钩藤时应注意不同种质资源来源，同时为福建闽北本土的钩藤引种提供依据。 |

| Objective: To investigate the rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline contents in Uncaria rhynchophylla of various germplasm resources. Methods: Rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline contents in U.rhynchophylla of various germplasm resources were determined using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: There were great differences about rhynchophylline and isorhynchophylline contents among various germplasm resources, the highest contents were determined in the sample from Wuyishan, the lowest from Songxi. Conclusion: The significant differences among various germplasm resources of U.rhynchophylla suggested that attention should be paid to different sources of germplasm resources when the introduction was carried out, and the results could provide theoretical basis for the introduction of local U.rhynchophylla in northern Fujian. |
