| 目的 对参附注射剂临床应用分析、评价，促进临床合理用药。方法 抽取某年8月某院参附注射液使用量排名前三位的科室病历各10份，9月相同的三个科室各再抽取10例病历，共60份病历，以参附注射液药品说明书等作为标准、分析、提出合理用药建议。结果 8月心内科、急诊科、老年科不合理处方比率分别为60%、60%、60%，9月心内科、急诊科、老年科不合理处方比率为20%、10%、10%，主要问题为：用法用量有误、无适应症用药、药物联合有误等。结论 通过处方分析，参附注射液处方合理率有所上升，但仍需注意中药注射剂的合理应用，保障医疗安全。 |

| Objective:To review, analyze and evaluate the clinical application of Shenfu injection, and promote clinical rational drug use. Methods:10 case records in every top three departments with Shenfu injection usage in each month as August and September in a certain year were selected to be reviewed and analyzed according to the specification of Shenfu injection, and the proposal on rational drug use was put forward. Results:The rates of unreasonable prescription in departments of Cardiology, Emergence and Geriatrics were all 60% in August, and 20%, 10%, 10% in September respectively, the main problems were as incorrect usage and dosage, drug use without indications, incorrect drug combination, etc. Conclusion:Rational rate of Shenfu injection prescription rose some through prescription analysis, and it was necessary to strengthen the rational use of TCM injection to ensure medical safety. |
