      目的 分析比较不同剂量配伍的泻心汤泻下作用与小肠炭末推进作用。方法 将90只实验小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组及泻心汤不同剂量配伍组(7.2 g/kg),按容积20 mL/kg的剂量给药后,分别用代谢笼积分法、炭末推进作用实验,比较不同剂量配伍的泻心汤对小鼠的正常泻下作用、炭末推进率的差异。结果 不同剂量配伍的泻心汤对其泻下作用有影响,与空白对照组比较,5 h内各组泻下小鼠只数、各小鼠首次泻下时间、5 h内小鼠泻下次数、小鼠总排便数和炭末推进率均有显著性差异(P <0.05);与剂量配伍4比较,5 h内各组小鼠的泻下只数、各组小鼠首次泻下时间、5 h内泻下次数、总排便次数和炭末推进率均有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论 不同剂量配伍的泻心汤泻下作用有差异性变化,这可能与配伍后不同剂量的黄芩与黄连对大黄蒽醌类成分溶出率的影响,该方法可作为不同剂量配伍的中药方剂质量控制方法,为今后综合开发和利用不同剂量配伍的中药方剂提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To analyze and compare the purging effect of different doses of Xiexin Decoction and the promoting effect of carbon powder on small intestine. Methods:90 experimental mice were randomly divided into blank control group, positive control group and Xiexin Decoction (7.2 g/kg). According to the dosage of 20 mL/kg, the metabolic cage integral method and the carbonaceous propulsive experiment were used to compare the difference of the normal diarrhea effect and the carbon end of Xiexin Decoction with different doses of Xiexin Decoction. Results:Xiexin Decoction with different doses had an effect on its diarrhea. Compared with the blank control group, there were significant differences in the number of mice, the first diarrhea time, the times of diarrhea in 5h, the number of total defecation and the propelling rate of the carbon in 5h (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the number of purging, the first time of diarrhea, the frequency of purging in 5h, the frequency of total defecation and the propelling rate of charcoal at the end of each group (P < 0.05) between the group of dose 4 and other groups. Conclusion:The purgative effect of Xiexin Decoction with different dosage has differential changes, which may be caused by the dissolution rate of anthraquinone in Scutellaria baicalensis and Coptis chinensis with different doses. This method can be used as the quality control method of different dosage of traditional Chinese medicine prescription, and provide a reference basis for the comprehensive development and use of different dosage of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
