目的 采用主成分分析(PCA)和聚类分析对《中国药典》中四个品种来源的陈皮挥发油GC-MS数据分析比较,鉴别其不同种源。方法 对80批次不同品种和不同产地的陈皮样品挥发油进行GC-MS分析,利用其共有成分峰面积数据,采用主成分分析和聚类分析将共有特征峰进行鉴别区分。结果 通过主成分分析和聚类分析可将广东新会茶枝柑样品与其它地区样品大致分为两类。结论 本方法可用于新会陈皮和其它不同品种来源陈皮的鉴别。 |

Objective:Principal component analysis (PCA) and Cluster analysis was used to analyze and compare the GC-MS data of volatile oil from four varieties of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (CRP) in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and identify their different provenances. Methods:The volatile oil of 80 batches of different varieties and different habitats was analyzed by GC-MS. The peak area data of the common components were used to distinguish the common peaks by principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Results:By means of principal component analysis and cluster analysis, the samples of Citrus reticulata cv. chachiensis and other samples of CRP can be roughly divided into two groups. Conclusion:This method can be applied in the identification of citrus peels from C. reticulata cv. chachiensis and other varieties. |
