| 目的 观察依托考昔治疗早期颞颌关节紊乱病疼痛缓解和治疗的临床疗效。方法 将我院收治的早期颞下颌关节紊乱病并符合入组标准的患者30例随机分为对照组15例，观察组15例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组用依托考昔30 mg qd口服治疗，分别在治疗前和治疗一月后对所有患者VAS指数、疼痛缓解疗效情况、颞肌前束和咬肌的肌电值、最大张口度等进行测试和评价。结果 治疗后观察组及对照组疼痛指数分别为（3.08±1.85）、（6.19±1.34），观察组明显小于对照组，观察组和对照组治疗缓解疼痛有效率分别为93.3%，80.0%，观察组对TMD疼痛疗效优于对照组，观察组在MPP时较对照组降低，在ICP时较对照组升高，差异显著，观察组与对照组张口度分别（46.04±9.15）、（34.75±7.51），观察组明显优于对照组。结论 依托考昔缓解和治疗早期颞下颌关节紊乱病疼痛疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of etoricoxib on the pain relief and treatment of early TMD.Methods: 30 cases of patients with early temporomandibular disorders and meeting inclusion criteria in our hospital were randomly divided into control group, observation group, 15 cases per group, the control group was treated with conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with oral 30 mg etoricoxib. One month before and after treatment, the VAS index, the pain relief effect, temporal muscle bundle and masseter muscle electricity value, maximum mouth degree of all patients were tested and evaluated etc.Results: The pain index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment with the indexes of 3.08±1.85 and 6.19±1.34 respectively, the pain relief effective rates of the observation group and the control group treatment were 93.3% and 80.0% respectively, compared with the control group, the observation group had higher curative effects to TMD pain, lower at MPP and higher at ICP with significant differences. The mouth openings of the observation group and control group were 46.04±9.15 and 34.75±7.51 respectively, the former was superior to the latter.Conclusion: Etoricoxib is effective in relieving and treating pain of early temporomandibular disorder. |
