| 目的 回顾宜春市人民医院中药饮片处方点评工作，探讨标准化、系统化和科学化的处方点评办法，以提高处方质量，促进临床合理用药。方法 采用回顾性方法，研究并分析我院2015年7月~2016年6月、2016年7月~2017年7月两年依据《处方管理办法》、《江西省医疗卫生机构不合理中药饮片处方问题代码表》等内容开展的中药饮片处方点评情况。结果 第一年不合格处方共112张，不合格率约9.33%。第二年不合格处方共76张，不合格率约6.33%。两年对比中药饮片不合格率逐年下降，不合格处方数量明显减少，差异显著。结论 实施中药饮片处方点评、规范处方书写，能够促进医院合理用药水平。 |

| Objective: To improve the quality of prescription and promote clinical rational administration by reviewing and analyzing the Chinese medicine yinpian prescription, discussing standardized, systematic and scientific prescription review method. Methods: By retrospective method, research and analysis the comments of Chinese medicine yinpian prescription reviewed on the basis of "prescription management method", "the unreasonable medical institutions in jiangxi province Chinese medicine yinpian prescription problem code table "of our hospital in July 2015-June 2016, July 2016-July 2017 were studied and analyzed. Results: There are 112 unqualified prescription with the reject ratio of 9.33% and 76 ones with the reject ratio of 6.33% in the first year and second year respectively. The prescription reject ratio decreased year by year with significant difference between two years. Conclusion: The implementation of Chinese medicine yinpian prescription review system and standard prescription writing can promote the rational drug use level of the hospitals. |
