| 目的 调研厦门市社区卫生服务中心护理队伍现状，分析当前存在的主要问题，为厦门市社区护理队伍的合理配置和补充机制提供依据。方法 采用问卷调查法，对厦门市25家社区卫生服务中心的200名护理人才进行厦门市社区护理队伍现状调查，对15家社区卫生服务中心接受社区护理服务的300名患者进行厦门市社区护理服务满意度调查。结果 社区护理队伍年龄结构配置不合理、职称结构配置不合理、学历结构配置不合理；社区护理服务认同感强，社区护理可提供的新需服务不能满足居民需求；社区护理队伍补充机制不能满足目前需求。结论 通过完善目前社区护理人才的补充机制、加强社区护理人才的继续教育培训、加快高校社区护理专业人才的培养、加强职业认同感教育等措施，逐渐建设和完善社区护理人才队伍。 |

| Objective: To investigate the status of nursing teams in Xiamen community health service center, analyze the main problems, and provide evidence for rational allocation and supplementary mechanism of community nursing team in Xiamen. Methods: A questionnaire survey on the status of the community nursing team in Xiamen was conducted on 200 nursing personnel in 25 community health service centers in Xiamen, and 300 patients were intercepted on the satisfaction of community nursing service in Xiamen City by 15 community health service centers for community care services. Results: Community nursing team is unreasonable in age structure, title structure and educational structure. Community nursing service has strong sense of identity, and the provided new demand services can not meet the needs of the people. The supplementary mechanism of community nursing team can not meet current needs. Conclusion: Community nursing team could be gradually constructed and improved by improving the current supplementary mechanism of community nursing personnel, strengthening the continuing education and training of community nursing talents, and accelerating the training of community nursing professionals. |
