      通过采用静态失重法,分别研究了在5%硝酸、10%盐酸以及10%硫酸介质中丙炔醇对黄铜和紫铜的缓蚀性能。实验结果表明,在三种酸性介质中,丙炔醇对黄铜和紫铜的缓蚀率都是呈现先增加而后稍微有些降低的趋势。在5%硝酸中,当丙炔醇的添加量为3.0‰时,对黄铜的最大缓蚀率为99.5%,对紫铜的最大缓蚀率为94.2%。在10%盐酸中,当丙炔醇的添加量为3.5‰时,缓蚀效果最好,缓蚀率均达到85%以上。在10%硫酸中,当丙炔醇添加量为3.5‰时,对黄铜的最大缓蚀率为80.1%。当缓蚀剂添加量为4.0‰时,对紫铜的最大缓蚀率为78.9%。黄铜在三种酸液中的Tafel曲线也表明丙炔醇的加入可以抑制酸液对黄铜材质的腐蚀。

      The corrosion inhibition performance of propargyl alcohol on brass and copper was researched by the static weight-loss method in 5% nitric acid, 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sulfuric acid solution. The experimental results show that, in the three kinds of acidic medium, the corrosion inhibition rates of brass and copper are first increased and then slightly decreased. In 5% nitric acid, when the adding amount of propargyl alcohol was 3‰, the maximum corrosion inhibition rates of brass and copper were 99.5% and 94.2% respectively. In 10% hydrochloric acid, when adding amount of propargyl alcohol was 3.5‰, the inhibition effect of brass and copper was the best and the corrosion inhibition rates all were above 85%. In 10% sulfuric acid, when adding amount of propargyl alcohol was 3.5‰, the maximum corrosion inhibition rate of brass was 80.1%. When the adding amount of propargyl alcohol was 4.0‰, the maximum corrosion inhibition rate of copper was 78.9%. The Tafel curve of brass in three acid solution demonstrated that the addition of propargyl alcohol inhibits corrosion of the brass surface by acid medium.
