By introducing the concept of generalized-weak commutativity mapping, the existence of nonunique fixed points for Altman type mappings in 2-Banach spaces are studied by using the concept of generalized-weak commutativity mapping. The new fixed point theorems are proved, which improve and extend the corresponding results in some references.
