      设计了一种高度集成化的双向旋转泵,可用于各种需要泵油润滑的机械设备上。双向旋转泵结构包括高度集成的泵壳、摆线转子、输入轴、钢球和外壳。通过泵壳上的配油槽和摆线转子结构上的特点,可实现单向供油,双向旋转的功能。通过系统试验,测试其在不同输入转速下的排量、流量和抽空高度。该双向泵保证同等排量的情况下,简化系统结构,减少布置空间,降低成本,易于普及。
英文摘要:
      A kind of two-way rotary oil pump which had a highly integrated structure was designed. The pump can be used for various mechanical devices which need lubrication by pumping oil. The two-way rotary oil pump was composed of pump case which had a highly integrated structure, cycloid rotor, input shaft, steel ball and the shell. By the design of the oil groove on the pump case and the cycloid rotor, the pump provided the function of one-way oil supply and two-way rotation. Displacement, flow and evacuation height of the pump were tested at different rotational speeds by the system test. In the case of the same displacement, the system structure of the two-way rotary oil pump was simplified. It should take much smaller layout space, reduce the cost and be easy to popularize.
