| 目的 探讨临床药师在门诊用药咨询中处理抑郁症合并高血压患者用药过程中发挥的作用。方法 临床药师参与门诊1例抑郁症合并高血压患者的用药治疗与咨询，患者通过微信向临床药师反馈治疗情况，临床药师考虑患者用药复杂对药效易产生相互影响，根据药物代谢及时辰药理学知识，对给药时间进行合理调整。结果 临床药师通过门诊用药咨询及微信平台提供个体化用药咨询服务，与医师紧密协作与沟通及时解决患者用药过程中出现的问题，提高了治疗效果。结论 该抑郁症合并高血压患者的药物治疗方案合理有效。临床药师在参与门诊用药咨询中促进临床合理用药、提升疾病治疗率。 |

| Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacist in drug therapy for a patient with Depression Disease and high blood pressure. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in drug therapy and consultation for a patient with depression disease and high blood pressure, the patient feedback treatment to the clinical pharmacist by WeChat. Clinical pharmacists considering complex of efficacy for treating patients are easy to influence each other, according to the drug metabolism and hour pharmacological knowledge, make reasonable adjustments for therapy. Results: Clinical pharmacists by outpatient medical consultation and WeChat platform providing individualized medication consultation service, and cooperation with doctors work closely and communicate in a timely manner to solve the problem in the process for treating patients, improve the effect of the treatment. Conclusion: The therapy is reasonable and effective. Clinical pharmacists promote clinical rational drug use in participating in outpatient medication consultation and elevate disease treatment. |
