凝胶浇注法制备了阴极材料Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ,并对Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ材料的性能进行分析。制备的Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ为钙钛矿相,其颗粒粒度小,并且尺寸均匀。将粉末在1000℃下烧结,所得烧结体的孔隙率为29.86%。在500~800℃温度范围内测试,测试温度升高,电导率降低,在500℃时电导率最大为38.2 S/cm。阴极Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ与电解质Sm0.2Ce0.8O1.9做成阴极对称单电池,在800℃时测得欧姆阻抗和界面阻抗分别为1.92 Ω·cm-2和0.17 Ω·cm-2,阴极BSCF与电解质SDC的化学相容性好。 |

The Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ powders as a new cathode material for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC) were synthesized by the gelcasting process. Structure and properties of the synthesized BSCF powders, as well as the sintered BSCF samples were investigated. The results show that the synthesized samples are single perovskite phase. The electrical conductivity of the Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ samples decreases with the increasement of the test temperature, as the electrical conductivity of 38.2S/cm at 500℃. Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-δ cathode and electrolyte Sm0.2Ce0.8O1.9 make it symmetrical single battery cathode, RS and ASR are 1.92 cm2 and 0.17 Ω·cm-2 at 800℃. No reactions occur between the BSCF cathode material and the SDC materials. |
