| 以赣中地区传统村落的发展现状为切入点，剖析其发展中存在的一些主要问题，以及背后深层次的原因，整理出影响传统村落更新发展的主要制约因素，将其有效整合，提出传统村落的更新发展对策，即科学规划、优化产业结构、村民主导的更新对策，从而实现传统村落的有机更新与可持续发展，以期为今后其他传统村落的更新发展提供有益的借鉴和指导。 |

| Taking the current development status of traditional villages in central Jiangxi province as a breakthrough point, we analyze the major problems existing there, as well as the profound underlying reasons for these problems. It sorts out main factors restraining the updating and evolution of traditional villages and effectively integrates the factors, measures to scientific planning, optimization of industrial structure, the leading of villagers, so that organic updating and sustainable development can be achieved for the traditional villages. Furthermore, it's also intended that we provide conducive reference and guidance for the updating and development of other traditional villages in the future. |
