| 目的 挖掘整理具有明显的地区性、隐蔽性、口授性、民间绝技、字门派特色推拿医术。方法 探讨其渊源分布、名称部位、治法手法、作用机理、适应症、禁忌症及注意亊项。结果 字门派推拿术是医治跌打损伤所引起的昏厥、惊悸、痛证较好的选项。结论 推广应用字门派推拿术能产生较好的社会与经济效益，对弘扬和传承传统武医文化遗产具有重要的历史和现实意义。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Objective: To excavate and systemize the characteristic and unique folk massage medical skill of Zimen School which has obvious zonality,concealment and dictation.Methods: The origin and distribution of the medical skill,names and positions,therapeutic method and technique,mechanism of action,indications,contraindications and precautions are discussed.Results: This therapeutic method is mainly applied to heal faint,palpitate with fear and crick,which caused by injuries from falls,fractures,contusions and strains.Conclusion: The popularization and application can generate good social and economic benefits and have important historical and realistic significances for carrying forward and inheriting the cultural heritage of traditional martial arts medicine. |
