      用宽为20 mm、厚为25 μm的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶带材绕制成环形磁芯,将其经550℃×100 min晶化退火处理后制成纳米晶磁芯,研究了环氧树脂封装对纳米晶磁芯磁导率和伏安特性的影响。结果表明,与环氧树脂封装前相比,环氧树脂封装后,纳米晶磁芯的磁导率μ、电感Ls、有效磁导率μe和品质因数Q减小;当励磁电流I小于800 mA时,感应电动势E减小,当励磁电流I大于800 mA时,感应电动势E增大。
英文摘要:
      Annular magnetic cores are wound with amorphous strips Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 with 20 mm width and 25 μm thickness and sintered at 550℃ for 100 min.Finally,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nanocrystalline magnetic cores are gained.The influence of epoxy resin encapsulation on magnetic permeability and volt-ampere characteristic were studied.The experimental results indicate that permeability (μ),inductance (Ls),effective magnetic permeability (μe) and quality factors (Q) of nanocrystalline magnetic cores decrease after it is packaged by epoxy resin.The induced electromotive force (E) decreases when exciting current is less than 800 mA,otherwise,increases.
