以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,二乙醇胺为抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2溶胶,再用浸渍提拉法在Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶磁芯表面制备TiO2涂层,研究了TiO2封装对纳米晶磁芯软磁性能的影响。结果表明,与TiO2封装前相比,TiO2封装后纳米晶磁芯的初始磁导率μi、最大磁导率μm、饱和磁感应强度Bs、电感Ls、品质因数Q和感应电动势E减小;剩磁Br、磁滞损耗Pu和矫顽力Hc增大。 |

TiO2 colloidal sol is synthesized with Ti(OC4H9)4 precursors and C4H11NO2 inhibitor by Sol-Gel method.TiO2 paint-coat is prepared on the surface of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nanocrystalline cores by dipping-pulling method. The influence of TiO2 encapsulation on soft magnetic properties of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nanocrystalline cores was studied. The results show that the initial permeability(μi),maximum permeability(μm), saturation magnetization(Bs),inductance (Ls),quality factors (Q)and the volt-ampere characteristic(E)decreases; the remanence(Br),hysteresis losses(Pu)and the coercivity (Hc) and increases after TiO2 encapsulation. |
