      研究了1.0 mol/L硫酸介质中,痕量铅能同时催化溴酸钾氧化核固红和亮绿。通过测定455 nm和595 nm下吸光度值的变化及其与铅浓度的线性关系,建立了双波长双指示剂测量痕量铅的新方法。其线性范围是0.025~2.0 μg/25 mL,其检出限为9.6×10-11 g/mL。本方法灵敏度高,可用于水样及土壤样品的测定,结果比较满意。
英文摘要:
      Lead (Ⅱ) was determined by dual-indicator catalytic spectrophotometric method which was based on the lead (Ⅱ) catalyzing oxidation of nuclear fast red (NFR) and brilliant green by potassium bromate in the sulfuric acid medium. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace lead (Ⅱ) was established by the absorbance system at 455 and 595 nm. The linear range of the determination was 0.025~2.0 μg/25mL, the detection limit for lead (Ⅱ) was 9.6×10-11 g/mL. It is a highly sensitive and effective method for the determination of trace lead (Ⅱ) in water and soil samples.
