      目的 研究热敏灸对运动大鼠运动能力和心肌、骨骼肌细胞线粒体过氧化损伤的影响。方法 将40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、单纯运动组、运动+普通悬灸组和运动+热敏灸组,采用14 d递增大强度跑台运动训练和生物化学的方法,观察热敏灸对运动大鼠运动能力和心肌、骨骼肌细胞线粒体过氧化损伤的影响。结果 运动+热敏灸组大鼠疲劳相关症状显著改善,跑台力竭时间显著高于运动+普通悬灸组和单纯运动组。运动+热敏灸组大鼠心肌、骨骼肌细胞线粒体SOD酶活性高于单纯运动组、运动+普通悬灸组,心肌细胞线粒体SOD酶活性低于正常对照组,但骨骼肌细胞线粒体SOD酶活性与正常对照组比较,差异无显著性;MDA含量低于单纯运动组和运动+普通悬灸组,但高于正常对照组。结论 热敏灸足三里穴具有明显的抗运动性疲劳作用,机理与热敏灸降低过度运动大鼠心肌和骨骼肌细胞线粒体过氧化损伤有关。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the effects of heat-sensitive moxibustion on sports ability and protecting myocardium and skeletal muscle cell's mitochondria from the damage made by peroxidation in increasing trained rats. Methods: Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as control group, exercise group, exercise + ordinary suspended moxibustion group and exercise + heat-sensitive moxibustion group with ten rats in each group. The effects of heat-sensitive moxibustion on sports ability and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) levels of cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle mitochondria in over-trained rats were observed by using 14 days incremental treadmill exercise training and biochemical methods. Results: The fatigue symptoms of rats in exercise + heat-sensitive moxibustion group reduced significantly. The time to exhaustion for treadmill exercise in exercise + heat-sensitive moxibustion group is significantly longer than that in exercise group and exercise + ordinary suspended moxibustion group. The SOD activities of myocardial mitochondria in cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle in exercise + heat-sensitive moxibustion group were significantly higher than those in exercise group and exercise + ordinary suspended moxibustion group, and which in cardiac muscle in exercise + heat-sensitive moxibustion group were significantly lower than those in control group, but there were no significant difference between exercise + heat-sensitive moxibustion group and control group. The levels of MDA of myocardial mitochondria in cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle in exercise + heat-sensitive moxibustion group were significantly lower than those in exercise group and exercise + ordinary suspended moxibustion group, but higher than those in control group. Conclusion: Heat-sensitive moxibustion at Zusanli were found to have obviously anti exercised fatigue effects. The mechanism is related to its significant effects in increasing SOD activity, facilitating free radicals removal, and thus protecting myocardial mitochondria in cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle from free radical damage.
