| 针对当前安徽省在国家新型城镇化背景下进行的美好乡村建设,以乡村产业发展专项规划为切入点,结合国内乡村产业发展现状存在的问题,梳理乡村产业的发展及规划思路,提出在规划过程中应注重相关上位规划的协同引导、自身潜力的深入挖掘及产业结构的优化升级,强调主导产业的理性选择及特色产业的塑造,同时需发挥中心村的综合服务职能,将各个产业落地发展并优化产业空间布局。在上述研究的基础上,结合梨园村的产业发展现状,对其产业发展进行合理定位和优化,并对其产业发展空间结构及布局、中心村产业发展进行规划,以期探索梨园村整体产业综合发展的路径,进而推动美好乡村产业理性、协调发展,促进美好乡村建设。 |

| In view of the beautiful rural construction in Anhui province under the new national-urbanization, taking the rural industrial development planning as a starting-point,combining with the existence of rural industry development status of domestic issues, carding its development and planning ideas, the article proposes that planners should focus on the conjunction with relevant-host planning guidance, tap potential deeply, optimize and upgrade the industrial structure upgrade, emphasize the rational choice of leading Industry,create specialty industries, and exert the comprehensive service functions of the centre village. land each industry to develop and optimize the layout. Based on these studies,combining the present situation of Liyuan Village, rational positioning and optimizating its industrial development,planning the structure and layout, including the center village. To sort out the path of the integrated industry development in the rural industrial development planning process. Thus promoting industry rational and coordinated development, promoting the beautiful rural construction. |
